Roothive is a platform where creators list digital products, and affiliates earn a commission by sharing referral links to those products. Coaches recruit and support affiliates and earn a share of their recruited affiliates' commissions.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, become an affiliate or Coach, or make a purchase. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Affiliate accounts are personal — you may not register multiple accounts to manipulate your level progression, commissions, or Coach network standing.

Commission rates, coupon values, and level thresholds are set by Roothive and may be changed at any time. Changes apply going forward and don't retroactively alter commissions already earned on completed sales.

Attribution is based on the most recent valid affiliate link a customer clicked before purchasing, within the platform's attribution window. We determine attribution using our own tracking records, which are final.

Self-purchases — buying a product through your own affiliate link — are allowed and earn the normal commission, provided the purchase is genuine and not made to exploit the platform (see Section 7).

Promotion rules. You may promote your affiliate link through any legal means, but you may not make false or misleading claims about the products, impersonate Roothive or the product creator, or spam people who haven't consented to receiving marketing from you.

An affiliate who reaches Ambassador level may activate Coach status and begin recruiting affiliates into their network. Once an affiliate joins under a Coach, that relationship is locked and can only be changed by Roothive directly, at our discretion, for legitimate reasons (such as correcting a genuine error). A Coach earns a percentage of the commissions their recruited affiliates generate, at the rate set by Roothive at the time of each sale.

Affiliates and Coaches may withdraw their available commission balance to a verified bank account. You're responsible for providing accurate bank details — we verify the account name directly with your bank before saving it, but we're not responsible for funds sent to an account you've confirmed as correct. Withdrawal processing depends on our payment processor and your bank, and typical delivery times aren't guaranteed. Applicable transaction fees, if any, are shown to you before you confirm a withdrawal.

We monitor for fraudulent activity — fake or manipulated payments, duplicate accounts created to abuse the commission system, and similar abuse. A signal being flagged for review is not an automatic penalty; flagged accounts are reviewed by an administrator before any restriction is applied. We reserve the right to withhold commissions, restrict, or suspend any account found to have engaged in genuine fraud or abuse of the platform.

Digital products are delivered instantly to your account library after payment is confirmed. Because digital products can be accessed immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by applicable consumer protection law or at Roothive's discretion. Products listed on Roothive belong to their respective creators. Purchasing a product gives you a personal license to access and use it — it does not give you the right to redistribute, resell, or share the file itself. Affiliates and Coaches may not claim ownership of a product they promote.

Roothive is provided "as is." We work to keep the platform reliable and secure, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we're not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the platform, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You may stop using Roothive at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, following the review process described in Section 7 for fraud-related cases.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
